Praire Schooler Summer and Winter
Winter
I have not decided about the finishing part yet. I have bought Judy Odell's "the box book", and I may finish them as a box.
I have begun stitching in 1978. For the last 10 years, my stitching has been with "smalls". I love to use beads and ribbons and always looking for new ways for finishing. My email addresses is anita@anitalittlestitches.com.

They look lovely Anita, love your idea of finishing them into a box.
Those are fantastic Ann!
Those are so cute! A box would be great fro them!
I haven't seen that book so I might have to seek it out as I'm quite new to smaller projects and have't got a lot of ideas/experience with finishing them yet.
Thanks for the tip.

Congratulations, they turned out great :)
Cute finishes, I really like the swan in the summer one. These would look fun done into a box, I'll look forward to hearing how you decide to finish them.

great finishes as usual, cannot wait to see how you finish them all.
I've never made a mattress pincushion before, will have to investigate how to do that. Would love to start working on a lot of little things soon. I have so missed my stitching now that I am working on this redecorating. But I will get back to it on the weekends now -- see what I can manage to get done then. Hope you will post pictures of your little mattress pincushions when you get them completed. I'm curious how you get the little edge done around the sides - if you add fabric, or if you just fold the piece to make the sides. Since I've never made one I really haven't a clue about how to do this . And you are always telling me that you aren't good at finishing -- I think you're doing beautifully!
