Saturday Visit

Janet and her two friends, Sharon and Linda came to visit on Saturday.
Due to the traffic in the Houston area, they were 2 hours late. We went
to have chinese buffet and then to a quilt shop. We all bought something
there and I can't resist metallic flat quarter fabric. We also stopped at
a bead shop. This bead shop does carry some really cute charms
and beads. We all had a great time shopping. Then we went to
my house. We had a "show and tell" session. Everyone
had brought some stitching to show and of course, I have all
my stitching stuff at my house. Then we had a little hot
brownies with ice cream. The visit was just too
short and we only had time to chat a little before
saying goodbyes.

They brought me some chinese bamboo plants, the new
whiteman tins and a sound book for my son, Michael.
Sharon made me this beautiful Mill Hill beaded
pincushion. Janet paid for all our lunches.

We need to have another gathering soon. We all had so much fun.
